Thanks Rose came to our team because the system of support for physical, mental and emotional health is lacking for mothers. Additionally, BIPOC people face discrimination within the health care system--they feel health professionals don’t listen to their needs because of their race. As a male research lead for this project, empathy was my best friend to complete this mission.
Ticketmaster
In a world seemingly devoid of trust and credible information, we need our fortune 500 companies to show that there is hope to change that. Ticketmaster has faced scrutiny in the wake of catering to ticket scalpers especially in the specific instance of the Taylor Swift fiasco. In this project my team and I attempted to redesign the Ticketmaster mobile app in hopes to help users trust the process just a little bit more. As UI lead, it was important to me to bring that feeling in the form of empathy based user interfaces.
